05. Radiation Toxicity
Radiation Oncology Radiation oncologists duties firmly with medical oncologists, surgeons and other doctors to coordinate the most suitable care for you. Radiation therapy uses targeted and regulated doses of high-energy radiation to destroy cancer cells.I delighted to share my knowledge as field specialist with this blog.
NASA Contributions to Cancer Research
NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) was
established on Oct 1, 1958, as an independent agency of the U.S. federal
government responsible for the civil space program, aeronautics research, and discovering
secrets of the universe. NASA is funded by taxpayers who are citizens of the
United States of America.
NASA accelerated the works already human and robotic
spaceflights. NASA began its marvelous journey with project Mercury (1958) then
project Gemini, Six successful human moon landings (Apollo program 1961 -
1972), Mars Lander missions, Planetary flybys, and many more.
But NASA not only researches related space and cosmic
environment. NASA also researches climate changes, volcano studies, and new
aeronautics models related to future transportation and especially develops new
health care and treatment modifications by acquiring data from different
research fields. Especially NASA has a huge contribution to Cancer treatment,
Radiation Oncology, Genetics and genomics, medical radiation therapy, and
Radiation safety.
So as an undergraduate, I am humbly fascinated to share my
knowledge and science facts that I’m acquired by researching these related
fields about how radiation and radioactivity
combine with the cosmic environment and new research about medical
radiation fields and discover more about how these two disciplines connect each
other for blooming present and future discoveries of human mankind
